The trade table was a mismatch, and the Jaguars were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value.

A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. The cost of the Taylor III reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Adding Ted Karras by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
