The 49ers clearly saw something nobody else did in J. Michael Sturdivant, taking him 53 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Adding Caedan Wallace by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
