The 49ers checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

The 49ers' one glaring miss is interior defensive lineman, a need they left exactly as they found it.

They will need Parker II to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They banked enough surplus on Golday to cover a lot of smaller sins. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
