Nobody dealt better than the 49ers this weekend: B-.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Princewill Umanmielen; the 49ers did not wait, grabbing him 41 spots ahead at slot 167. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The Wilson III value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

The Moses pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

Caleb Banks at the Round 1 slot is a clear overpay, with better names still on the board. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick48 Rnd2 Caleb Lomu
The board had cheaper options than Caleb Lomu at the 48th overall pick, and it noticed. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
