The Browns spent the pick that matters most on Cam Ward, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

They are betting Oben proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Getting Mullings where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
