The Cowboys won the night they stopped Bryant from sliding. Grade: C.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Cowboys shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C in the wash.

They banked enough surplus on Bryant to cover a lot of smaller sins. Reaching for Vinson left real value on the table behind him.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

So much rides on Ashton Jeanty that the real verdict is a season or two away.
