The Lions turned the phones into found money: A-.

Whoever sat across the table from the Lions should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.

The Ivey pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The veteran additions, Juice Scruggs chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Bottom line, with Dylan Fairchild leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
