The Ravens torched the value chart for Phillip Webb, taking him 109 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Spending an early pick on specialist with quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers. The Higgins pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
