Draft Grade — Bears
Overall
A-

FutureB-
Larceny in slot 32 lands the Bears a A-, Love and all. Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.
On value alone, Love makes the weekend a net positive. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.
Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
Pick Analysis
Pick22
Rnd1
A.J. Harris
In the 22nd pick they get a lockdown presence outside at fair value. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick32
Rnd1
Jeremiyah Love
In No. 32 they get a featured back, and a steal at that. Exactly the need they had to hit.
