The Raiders clearly saw something nobody else did in KJ Jefferson, taking him 319 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

A whole weekend of picks and offensive lineman is somehow still a want. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not. Getting Mastromanno where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
