You could see the war room lean forward. Jha'Quan Jackson at slot 251 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Cardinals clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.
