Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Brashard Smith got past him. The Bears do not have to explain a thing at the 203rd pick. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A to show for it.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will need Cornelius to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
