Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Broncos were there to profit. Kalel Mullings, the No. 115 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 6, Pick 32.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
