The Jets finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

Start where it matters. The Jets took Shedeur Sanders to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They will need Johnson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
