The search is over. The Commanders handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. Every board in the league had Rice lower, and that gap is the story.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
