You can draft well and still miss the point. The Browns did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
They went 1 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
