You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Steelers did exactly that with Devin Leary in slot 195. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Landing Rakestraw Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

With interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
