A costly weekend of dealing drags the Patriots to a B-.

The Patriots went off the board in a big way for Gino Garcia, 54 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Landing Gadsden II that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
