The Giants drew a line under the quarterback search with Ward: B-.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Giants committed. Cam Ward is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They banked enough surplus on Wilson to cover a lot of smaller sins. Reaching for Grimes left real value on the table behind him.

A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
