The Giants spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Woody Marks, the No. 179 name on the board, in the 256th pick. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

They have staked the next five years on Cam Ward, which is the only story that really matters here. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Adding Rhamondre Stevenson by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Cam Ward and all.
