Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Cowboys. The tape said wait; the Cowboys did not. Shaun Dolac went at the Round 6 slot, a good 147 picks before the board was ready. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.
On value alone, McMillan makes the weekend a net positive. They went 8 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.
They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
