When a board-topper like Demetrius Knight Jr. slides to Round 7, Pick 13, you do not overthink it, and the Steelers did not. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

Cam Ward gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
