They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Jayden Daniels is the Patriots' quarterback, full stop.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. The Neyor value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Every board in the league had Rice lower, and that gap is the story. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
