The steal of the weekend belongs to the Panthers and Gabriel: B.

The board owed the Panthers one, and it paid up: Dillon Gabriel, the No. 80 name on the board, sitting there at the 134th pick like a gift left on the doorstep. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
