The Panthers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D+.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Panthers did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high.

The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Melton reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. However the rest shakes out, Kinchens at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and wide receiver is still a hole.
