The Patriots torched the value chart for Zach Rice, taking him 119 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Getting Green where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They will answer for taking cornerback early while edge rusher and interior defensive lineman went begging.

Hit on Mansoor Delane and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
