Larceny in the 145th pick lands the Patriots a B, Skattebo and all.

The Patriots did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Cam Skattebo fell into Round 5, Pick 6. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The cost of the Rucker reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
