Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Patriots never addressed safety, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

On value alone, Grant makes the weekend a net positive. The cost of the Tuten reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.

In No. 4 they get a quarterback's worst nightmare at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.

The board had Kenneth Grant higher than the 38th pick, and the interior defensive lineman fell to them anyway. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
