More right than wrong for the Chiefs, and a B- to prove it.

You can draft well and still miss the point. The Chiefs did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to offensive lineman, which was the need that mattered most. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

If Kitselman pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the offensive lineman spot they never got to.
