Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Hezekiah Masses got past him. The Jaguars do not have to explain a thing at slot 162. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Corleone pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
