When a board-topper like Myles Harden slides to the 249th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Lions did not. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered. Devon Key gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
