The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Falcons watched Cooper DeJean slide 59 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart. The Nick Bellore pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
