You build a draft on nights like this. RJ Harvey had no business being available in No. 243, and the Ravens did the only sane thing and turned in the card. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Bryant pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
