Jones should have been long gone. The Seahawks pounced, and earned a B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Seahawks watched Sheridan Jones slide 24 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Eguakun has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. They bet on numbers rather than a single high pick.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
