Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Bears spent the 75th overall pick on Leonard Taylor III, a name the board had a full 37 spots lower. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
