You can draft well and still miss the point. The Chiefs did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to wide receiver, which was the need that mattered most. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.
Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
