The Saints checked most of the boxes and earned a B+.

The Saints torched the value chart for Ja'Corey Brooks, taking him 77 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

However the rest shakes out, Mahlman at that price is a win they earned. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
