Burnip should have been long gone. The Jets pounced, and earned a B-.

The Jets spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: James Burnip, the No. 159 name on the board, in pick 186.

They will need Robinson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.
