Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Packers.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Packers spent pick No. 255 on Tanner Mordecai, a name most had 91 spots down the list. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

On value alone, Pearsall makes the weekend a net positive. On the needs board they went 8 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
