Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Ravens spent the 250th pick on Khalid Duke, a name the board had a full 41 spots lower. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Landing Phillips that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
