On value alone, Starks makes the weekend a net positive. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
