The Bears fleeced the room on the phones and earned a A-.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Baylor Cupp; the Bears did not wait, grabbing him 130 spots ahead at pick No. 235. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. On value alone, Elliss makes the weekend a net positive. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Brian Thomas Jr. and all.
