Thirty-one other rooms let J. Michael Sturdivant slide, and the Commanders were the ones holding the card at pick 185. Highway robbery.

The Howell pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. The Commanders indulged a want in Mondon Jr. while a need in quarterback, running back and other spots stayed open.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
