The Commanders let Allen fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+. Whoever sat across the table from the Commanders should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
However the rest shakes out, Allen at that price is a win they earned. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. If Wright pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
