The board owed the Browns one, and it paid up: Connor Lew, the No. 61 name on the board, sitting there at the 86th overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Harris to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
