It is the swing that defines the weekend: Mikail Kamara in No. 71, a good 39 spots before the room expected him.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Everything downstream of Fernando Mendoza depends on Fernando Mendoza, and the building knows it. Spending an early pick on cornerback with running back open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They banked enough surplus on Sadiq to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
