The Commanders robbed the room for Muhammad. Final grade: B+. Somebody in Round 4, Pick 24 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Commanders sat still while Malik Muhammad, the No. 94 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
