The Eric O'Neill selection is the head-turner. The Patriots reached 61 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will answer for taking linebacker early while interior defensive lineman went begging.

However the rest shakes out, Styles at that price is a win they earned. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
