Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Patriots never addressed interior defensive lineman, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.

The Royer pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
