The search is over. The Browns handed the keys to Ty Simpson, and the whole operation now runs on his development. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They are betting Bell proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Landing Rivers that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.
